# Source Code and Offline Pipeline

GitHub pipelines

The source code for PRS methods in both single-ancestry and multi-ancestry analyses is publicly available on [GitHub](https://github.com/PennPRS/pipeline). Alongside the code for methods on the online PRS pseudo-training server, we have developed a comprehensive pipeline for the offline implementation of PRS pseudo-training methods. This pipeline enables large-scale PRS training on local clusters.
